Mark Dickeson, MA

Co-Principal and Managing Director

Mark L. Dickeson is Principal and Managing Director of New Millennia Health. His significant experience in federal organizational management and training offers solid perspective to the educational vision and business strategy of New Millennia Health.

Mark received his BA at The University of Oklahoma as an Asian Studies major. While completing his BA degree he received a scholarship from the Asian Studies Association and studied in Japan. He then completed a MA in Foreign Affairs. While a graduate instructor in Political Science, he studied and lectured around the world on population defense strategy.

Mark was commissioned as an officer in the US Army where he served in training, command, and operational staff positions in Aviation, Military Community, Special Operations and headquarters organizations. Following the military, he has spent a majority of his profession in crisis and consequence management planning, education, training, mitigation, and response operations for the local, state and federal government. He is a federally certified Master Continuity Practitioner Level II and recognized as a resilient tactical systems engineer who operates lithely in the continuity and risk management realm. Mark is a proud father of three and his personal interests overlap a great deal with those of his family members. He holds a FAA Commercial Instrument Flying license, is an avid sportsman and enjoys family outings, hunting and fishing.

 

Blake Dickeson, RN, MSHA, CMCN

Co-Principal

As Co-Principal and prior Chief Executive Officer, Blake led the creative team at New Millennia Health to develop the innovative knowledge management products of the company. Blake possesses 23 years of expertise re-engineering healthcare delivery models including early tablet based charting and the first ever URAC accredited digital utilization review call center serving more than one million managed care beneficiaries. He was most recently the President and Chief Operating Officer of Virtual Health Solutions and corporate Director of Innovation and Product Development for Catholic Health Initiatives. Blake received his Master’s degree in health services administration at The University of Central Florida and his bachelor’s degree at The Florida State University and he is board certified in managed care. He is a retired USAF Reserves executive clinical officer and a member of the American Telemedicine Association. Blake continues to develop new technology and processes that improve consumer healthcare.

 

Allan March MD, CPE

Corporate Medical Advisor

Dr. Allan March is the Medical Advisor for New Millennia Health LLC. He provides professional clinical input and design theory New Millennia Health’s innovative knowledge management products. Dr. March has extensive experience in health management and research with leading academic, government and commercial healthcare organizations. Dr. March has previously held positions as Medical Director for New Millennia Health, JCAHO surveyor, senior research associate and professor and practitioner. He has performed research in informatics, diabetes management, epidemiology and advised on issues of Medicare and Medicaid, bio-ethics, credentialing, hospital utilization and quality review. Dr. March received his medical doctorate at Johns Hopkins University and has served the US Military as a Navy Physician. He has practiced orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, emergency medicine, family practice medicine, and is a Diplomate with the American College of Physician Executives. He is a member of the Florida Medical Society and the Alachua County Medical Society.
